ADMISSION POLICY AND PROCEDURE:

A full copy of our admissions policy is available from the main office. Admissions are considered on admission forms available at the school's reception. The new students must submit original copy of a Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate of the previous school along with the prescribed school form. He / She will thereafter, face a written entrance examination followed by an preliminary interview. The classification of children to be eligible from admission to various standards is as follows:

4.            plus for L.K.G.
5.            plus for U.K.G.
6.            plus for Standard 1 an so on….

GENERAL INFORMATIONS REGARDING DAYSCHOOLARS AND DAY BOARDERS:

  1. Students are not allowed to wear ornaments, any hair fixers, dressers apart from the uniform prescribed for their use / wear. Consequently, no student is allowed to wear hi – fi or odd-looking dresses.
  2. No students should bring expensive items (jewelleries, electronic goods etc.), explosive and destructives or any weapons which are of no use to them, to the school.
  3. Parents / guardians except those of Standards Nursery, L.K.G. and U.K.G are requested to send their children accompanying with necessary course books and other required stationeries such as pencil, eraser, ruler, sharpener etc. School shall provide the writing copies for the students.
  4. The school shall distribute the required class routine through the students. Parents / guardians of the day scholars are requested to take their children back every day at the last hour mentioned in the class routine.
  5. The day scholars, who fail to do their HOMEWORKS, will be detained after school till they complete their homework. The parents / guardians of such children will have to make their own arrangements to take them home only after 5:30 pm.
  6. The normal school hour for the day – boarder students shall be from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm during the summer season and from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm during the winter season.
  7. The school may occasionally notify about any subject matter and in that case school seeks co-operations from dear parents / guardians so as to get the notice implemented effectively.
  8. The students must strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the school.
  9. The authority of the school's management reserves the right to expel or suspend for indecent behavior or gross misconduct.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS REGARDING BOARDERS:

  1. Boarders students will be provided homely environment including attractive, healthy and balanced meals, special coaching classes, recreational activities and exercise but the routine should be strictly adhered to by the students which will be regulations of the school.
  2. Visiting days to the boarder students by their parents and only the guardians authorized by the parents have been fixed at the first and last Fridays (only two days) of a Nepali month, except the days of exams, between 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm during the summer season and between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm during the winter season.
  3. Parents / guardians should receive their boarders children from the school and return to the school as mentioned in the school annual calendar during holidays.
  4. Parents / guardians are requested to collect the report cards of the Terminal Examinations on the dates to be mentioned in the school annual calendar.
